At a guess, I'd say no more than a couple Tablespoons, just surmising though. I would try really hard to get your fat from actual nutritious food sources, not copious amounts of oils/powders.1 -

I eat processed foods, but i also eat fresh whole foods. I try not to make processed foods the majority of my diet, just a part of it.2
