My goal is 130 and I am also 5'4 I think it is a good weight for my height and is not too skinny.6
I'm 43 with 32 more pounds to lose. Have lost 33 so far. I will be really excited when I get to my goal weight of 130 and with each 5 lbs lost I notice a difference so I love the mini goals too.6
