As long as you are staying true to your diet and weighing food correctly it would most likely be water weight. I put on 3kg the first two weeks of going back. Dropped it in the third plus 1kg of fat.…2 -

Not really. Use body weight resistance. Get creative or buy weights to use at home if you can splurge. It’s fun working out at home1
