Working out after poor sleep
I’ve had two night of very poor sleep and have a workout session scheduled for this evening. What are general opinions on working out while tired and lacking sleep? This one is mostly cardio. Thanks

Anyone on levlen/Eleanor for Endo?
So I’ve just been diagnosed with Endo and my dr has put me on Eleanor/Levlen. I’m scared to gain weight but I’m more scared of reviews online. I’m quite near target weight and my system is working for me but I’m…

Bit confused about activity level
I had my activity level set on very active as I workout every day (jogging, hill hiking, lifting and cycling) plus housework and gardening etc but over the last three days I’ve been unwell so today reset it to lightly active. This means that I’m now over my calorie level by 71 instead of having 19 to spare. What does this…
