Agree with this - If I let myself get too hungry I will eat anything. Preventing serious hunger helps me make better choices.8 -

That when you get to your goal weight, you realise you're not done and set a new goal. And then get there, and realise you're still not done. And for me at least - Repeat a few times before realising…26
