I’m a *kitten* cook, I can’t cook to save my life. I love to eat and I just need healthy snacks with high protein etc that I can just eat loads of that won’t make me put on loads of extra calories.1 -

Thanks man, I need to stop making excuses an just get it done but it’s so hard when the motivation isn’t there and then you fall into habits. Like they say though, if it was easy everyone would do it2 -
