Should I maintain or bulk?
Before tier 4 was introduced in the UK, I was bulking eating at around 3,100 calories per day. I was also training 5/6 days a week. 2 weeks into my bulk, the gyms have now closed. What should I do? Want to get more muscle but also burn fat.
I’ve got a bit more body fat to lose around my lower stomach but not much. I want to put on size now and get bigger but I don’t want to get fat so I was thinking, should I do a small calorie surplus of about 300 calories to build more muscle, but include interval sprints into my workouts to burn body fat?

Building muscle and gaining fat
So for building muscle and losing fat have I literally just got to get a lot of protein in me in a day but also stay in a caloric deficit. I have had people tell me that I need to eat more to put on muscle and people tell me to eat less and to be honest I’m just confused.

How to change grams of meal on MFP
So I’ve found the meal I’ve eaten and I’ve clicked it but the amount isn’t right. I want to change the amount from 100g to 900g but it won’t let me. Not sure how to do it, any help would be appreciated

How many calories should I eat?
Is my caloric deficit too extreme? My body weight is 14 stone x 13. This tells me I should be eating 2500 calories but, I am eating 1300 on a good day and losing 350 calories 4 days a week by exercising.

So confused..
Calorie deficits really confuse me. How many calories are you supposed to have per day? Do you have to do enough exercise to burn more calories than what you are eating? It’s so confusing and it’s stressing me out big time. Making me feel down because I don’t know how to lose weight properly.
