Does anyone have the RENPHO smart scale?

What do you think of it? Is it accurate? It tells me my muscle mass is 11 stone. I weigh around about 13.9 stone I’m confused as to what muscle mass is..

It’s the total of muscle in the body. And it’s weight. My scale tells me weight, muscle mass, fat percent, etc.

It’s probably giving you an extremely rough estimate of lean body mass, which would be everything in your body that it thinks is not fat. That would include muscle, but also bones, blood, organs, tendons, food in transit.... However, be aware that bioimpedence scales are notoriously inaccurate. Can track trends at best, so I’d take it all with a big spoonful of salt.

I have the Renphro. The best thing about it is that it shows your weight loss trends. I don't trust any of the additional information it provides other than weight.

I have the Renpho but I have little faith in the readings. Mainly I just wanted a ballpark idea but one of these days plan to go get a dexa scan to see where I really am.
