I am an 18 year old made and weigh roughly around the late 13s early 14 stone. At the moment I probably eat 900-1200 calories per day. My target is to lose weight, I train 3-4 times a week (weight training followed by 15 mins of cardio per day) am I doing this right? Should I be eating less or more

    The min amount you should be eating is 1500 cal a day. Enter your info into mfp, and use that to calculate your calorie total.
