Finished the week with a 8 mile run, taking my weekly total to 32 miles. Very pleased with my progress as I only picked up running on the 1st of March this year after a long break.3 -

I'd like to improve my flexibility and core strength a little. I run 5 days per week so I find that yoga helps a couple of times per week. I should make a bit more time for more yoga :-)11 -

I cooked the family bacon rolls for breakfast while I enjoyed my protein shake and fresh orange juice. I thought I might miss the bacon roll but it never crossed my mind.13
