    Hardly in an uproar, just tired of the umpteenth person claiming carbs are evil and 'the only way' is to eliminate them. It has benefits for some, it's not the holy grail or the only 'proper diet'.

    Quick (dat to day) weight fluctuations are more likely to be water weight fluctuations. Slow changes (over weeks and months) are more likely to be changes in fat mass. So just wait it out a few days.
