      Re: low carb diet questionsNo it's not a myth. The body burns mostly carbs and some fat during exercise. Lower intensity exercise will burn a higher percentage of fat then higher intensity, but still mostly carbs.14

      Re: Weekend cravings helpIf you're hungry, then eat. Just find a way to burn it off. I usually do a power walk, run, or both before i binge. It's like calories in the bank. :)1
