When I first started running I hurt my knee. I could not run until it healed up, so I "power limped" for a couple weeks until it healed. Try "power booting"...:)2 -

I live in SE Pa. Layers are key. Something to cover your neck, hat, and gloves. I even walk and run in the snow because I think it's fun.1 -
