I have bread 4-7 days a week as a part of my daily calories. No problems. Unless you have celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity there is nothing wrong with bread consumption.1 -

I prefer lunch as my largest meal. I've been known to skip supper in favour of snacks later. As long as you meet your goals you can eat at whichever time suits you.1
