My story so far
I was on MFP three years ago and "successfully" lost some weight on a 1460 cal daily diet, doing cardio 6-7 days a week for an hour (sometimes 2 hours) daily. Medically enforced sedentary for 2-4 weeks. Thoughts?
I had some minor surgery to remove a (high risk to develop cancer) birthmark on my leg.
