Funnily enough, I do this before my PL meets. It's just an ounce or two, at best, but I figure it'll help somewhat to make weight. But it doesn't do anything to help me look good in my singlet.5 -

One teaspoon every day, whenever you want. You'll likely gain a little water weight over the course of a month. But you probably won't see any big changes just because of creatine.2 -
