I agree on the use of a digital scale. You could easily wipe out a deficit by having inaccurate logs throughout the day. I also think that 1300 is way too low for you. As you cut calories, your metab…11 -

I’m 5”2, athletic built. I like myself at 120 even though everyone else says I look gaunt at 120. My body hovers at 125. To get a perception on size, at 125-130 I wear a size 4. At 120 I can wear a 2.2 -

Ice & mortin. It wasn’t until I started weight training that the knee pain went away with running. You probably need to strengthen the muscles supporting your knee.3 -

I’m 5”2 & have an athletic built. I like myself around 120. I’m at 130. I was told I looked sick at 120, eyes were sunken in, & I was looking a bit gaunt. I’m in the process of a long reverse…3
