I’ve had my watch since early March and today I did a 20 min walk and selected a timed outdoor walk. Now every time I open the outdoor walk, it goes to a timed one. Anyone know how to get rid of that?

Calories Overestimated?
I just got mine on Sunday and wanted some insight on the data. I switched from Fitbit Flex 2 & think AW calories are a lot higher. On Tuesday, I had 16,069 steps, 733 active calories from 3 miles run, 30 min of lifting & steps throughout the day. According to AW, I burned 3,083 calories. This is a huge number for someone…

Fitbit Flex 2 - Anyone else having issues?
Fitbit auto recognizes my daily runs which can be anywhere bn 3 to 5 miles. Last night I noticed that my Monday and Tuesday runs were deleted. The weight training sessions I manually added are still there. Anyone else having the same problem?

Calories burned on Leg Day vs Upper Body
Does anyone know any info on this? I'm assuming I'm burning more on leg day but can't really find any research on this. I also follow a few bikini competitors on IG who up their calories on leg day.

Dropping Water Weight
Before weddings and events, I used to go low carb to drop some water weight. I haven't done this in a while. I'd like to do it again bc I'm in a wedding next week. If I'm lifting and doing 20 min of cardio, how low should I keep my carbs 5 days out?

When I use this calculator, I get the same BMR as UP tells me. If I set the calculator to no exercise (since I can track exercise calories burned using the app), it tells me my TDEE is 1550. UP will remain at BMR and only increase with steps/activity logged. On a non active day, UP will only have me at 1385 by midnight.…

Negative Calories - Confused
My negative adjustments have been disabled, but today, it added calories back into what I should consume. I ran 4 miles and I use UP24. I haven’t had an issue since I got the UP in December.
