Dropping Water Weight

Before weddings and events, I used to go low carb to drop some water weight.
I haven't done this in a while. I'd like to do it again bc I'm in a wedding next week.
If I'm lifting and doing 20 min of cardio, how low should I keep my carbs 5 days out?

Low crab is usually considered to be 150g per day or less, but do whatever works best for you in relation to your usual intake.

BTW, dandelion tea can help a small bit with water weight.

I was thinking of dropping lower, like 25-35 net. I used to also do detox tea. I'll try the dandelion. I think I have a box.

That's about what I eat; it will probably put you in ketosis. You may want to consider adding more salt (3000-5000 mg Na total), potassium and magnesium. When those get low, people get headaches, cramps and feel tired - the keto flu. Adding extra electrolytes can help prevent that. (I have a small teaspoon of salt in my first glass of water to keep away muscle cramps.)

    Good luck. :)

I had gone low carb like 15 years ago. Happens to me for sure.
