My Brothers Transformation!
Here is my brother, he wasn’t for sure on how to put this on the community, so I am helping him. He started his Journey in May 2017 and here is where he is at today! I’m so proud of him!!33 -

He started working out at a gym with a trainer. He also watches his Macros. The only day that he misses at the gym is on sundays! He is very determined! Please help me in congratulating him!6
