1 year later and 3 stone lighter
So this month last year I was at my heaviest 11stone 5lbs and to date I am 8st 5lbs! It’s been a long journey and it still isn’t over! I’m very proud and I just wanted to share my results!25 -

Motivation to get my bikini body
13 weeks & 2stone off! A lot more work to be done but definitely see the benefit of eating clean and exercising14 -
