I've done: clothes, makeup, put $ in a jar to buy a big item at the end of the month, buy a sing or two in itunes-especially if it helps with a.good workout, bought myself flowers.2 -

update: I logged in everything yesterday and so far today. Also just came back from a 16 minute brisk walk, in between seeing clients!6
