Measure that food. Be honest about what you’re eating (small snacks count), measure and count what you cook with…oils/spray oil. And don’t forget to cut yourself some slack! 36 lbs…..Holy *kitten*, l…3 -

Egg white and asparagus. 170. I bake 1/4c white with two stalks, in a muffin pan. Sub any veggie, eat 2!4 -

Make sure you do some chest strengthening along the way! I lose in face and chest first. Abs last 🙄 It’s worth it….keep it up. 🤗2 -

I feel like it takes longer to see results every time I have to go into deficits. Just keep going….you can do this!3
