I disagree, if the OP is eating under 1200 calories on a regular basis because her body doesn't signal that she is hungry, at that point it can be dangerous. I would say calories first, then protein.11 -

There are books that talk about simply eating less calories than you burn, you just need to find them. I for example learned everything I had to know about bulking and cutting with Mike Matthews book…2
