Unsweetened TCHO chocolate baking bits. Really bitter (which I love) and 1 is definitely enough. Don't eat close to bed though as they will keep you awake.2 -

Things that help me: carrots (because they take time to chew and sit in my stomach like little shards), Herbal tea, brushing teeth.2 -

I am 5’2 ish and feel best around 105. Right now in maintenance at 108 but as an adult never been more than 118 or less than 95. I am very active with a muscular ‘fire hydrant’ shape.1
