Why not just count calories? Losing weight is all about being in a calorie deficit. Do you think the reason the diets don't work is because you choose diets that you won't stick with for life?3 -

You shouldn't be eating under 1200 calories. The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories, and you should be logging the exercise separately and eating back those calories.4
