Water fluctuations would be my guess. That time of the month, more carbs or salt than usual, more exercise, injury plus many other things can cause the body to retain extra water than normal. As can a build-up in the bowels. When this happens people normal see their weight decrease again over the coming days.

Using a weight trending app like Libra (android), Happy Scale (IOS) or Weight Trend (web-based) can iron out these fluctuations, showing you your trending weight over time. Most people find this reassuring as they still see the weight going down over time.

Another thing that is worth looking at is tightening up your logging and start weighing all of the food you eat. This includes condiments and prepackaged food. Reserve measuring cups and spoons for liquids only. Double-check that the entries you are using are accurate against food packages or the USDA database. It is not uncommon for people to find they are eating significantly more than they think they are.

You shouldn't be eating under 1200 calories. The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories, and you should be logging the exercise separately and eating back those calories.

It should also be noted, it's rarely a beneficial thing to consume little calories while exercise. The increased stress from exercise and dieting can increase weight water retention.

    What are your stats OP?

I lost 1 kg in one week, but in one day I got 900g... And I didn't overate... It's frustrating! But I'm not eating less than 1200, and when I exercise I allow myself to eat the extra calories wasted...
