If carbs are your weakness, limiting them to 150 will likely be challenging enough. Set yourself up for success by taking smaller steps that you can stay with.4 -

Keep logging as long as you feel it's helpful. I only logged the first 3 months of weight loss and kept losing 2 more years. I'm the exception, most people can't do this. I just figured out my portio…6 -

I was happier with my body when I got to goal weight at age 61 than I was at anytime in the previous 25 years. After a year of successful maintenance and continued strength training, I'm even happier…12 -
