I started Noom in January, lost 20 and then joined MFP in March and lost 15. I'm 2lbs from goal now! So, I would say 8 months, 35lbs. Focused mostly on food as portion control was my issue. I've alwa…6 -

Tilapia is surprisingly great, or any lean, white fish. I’m also experimenting with protein powder. My friend recommended Bluebonnet, arrives today, we’ll see!3 -
