You don't really have to stay away from carbs or any foods to lose weight but if your looking to cut back then cut back on the ones in ultra processed foods.4 -

Maybe just try counting calories and eat what you were eating before, but try if you can to do it more than a few days. Counting calories has it's own frustrations as well. Taking the dopamine hit aw…1
