Have been living with a knee injury (skiing - torn inner ligament off the bone) for many years. Best exercise - no jarring, no pulling, no side moves - is water aerobics. Gives an excellent work out …1 -

Why oh why were we not told a million years ago that eggs are so terribly bad for us - and by extension - anything which comes out of an egg such as bird - like creatures, crocodiles, turtles, snails…2 -

Eventually I realized that food cravings have something to do with my daily macros intake. I have made small adjustments when necessary and haven't had cravings for a long time now.3
