Here's an example that I make. Unsalted mixed nuts (no peanuts), banana chips and pretzels. This container is about 170cals . And everything came from a bulk bin so you can buy only what you need.3 -

I don't believe in diets. As long as your calories are coming from nutritious whole foods and you are consuming less calories than you burn in a day, weight loss will happen.3
