    Try black coffee with a teaspoon coconut oil in it I have found this more effective and way better for you than majority of pre workouts

    Carbohydrate releases serotonin (makes you sleepy) rather than avoid it at night avoid it in the morning, protein and good fats for breakfast = more alert mornings carbs in the evening = better sleep.
