Was on a roll only 1.5kg off my body fat target slowly and steadily adding muscle then..... Torn rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon - any experience on how long these things take to clear doctor was very vague and suggestions on rehab would be great
Hi I'm Rob been using mfp since 12th January to help with fitness drive. Lost nearly half my body fat so far only 2kg more to hit 10% target. 10 weeks hard work and no cheat days taking their toll now... Need to keep going to get it over the line. motivation or any ideas on how to get rid of the last bit welcome
