  • Try black coffee with a teaspoon coconut oil in it I have found this more effective and way better for you than majority of pre workouts

  • You might want to try goblet squats, Russian step ups and rear foot raised Bulgarian split squats on a smith machine
  • Depending on what you want to achieve. Quest cookie dough or smores good everyday option although fibre is high so you can't eat many per day. Grenade carb killa for low carb option or optimum nutrition oats and whey flapjacks for something higher calorie cherry coconut is pretty good
  • Carbohydrate releases serotonin (makes you sleepy) rather than avoid it at night avoid it in the morning, protein and good fats for breakfast = more alert mornings carbs in the evening = better sleep.
  • Thanks for the comments have stayed out of gym all week but eaten really well. Did a leg session followed by an hour run today to get rid of some stress! You're right pushing it too early will make it worse just v frustrating....
  • Just torn a muscle in shoulder a week ago, stuck very discipled to diet this week no gym time but still recorded lowest fat mass for years today. If you can't exercise they way you want you can still eat right stick at it and don't spoil the hard work

  • Just finished 4 weeks of it 50g carb on an off day 175g on a training day v tough but works dropped nearly 3kg of body fat in 4 weeks you need to watch fat intake and compensate for low carb days as it can drain you very quickly otherwise
