I don't count the water in my coffee as it is dehydrating. I actually try to add another glass of water to drink for every cup of coffee I drink so I stay hydrated1 -

My fitness goal is to be able to run 10k in an hour and my weight to go down around 20lbs. To be honest I just want to be fitter and stronger. The weight coming off will be a bonus4
