I had lost 68 lbs but I keep fluting 10 lbs in a week. my first goal is to get a new scale. 2nd goal is to start lifting with upper body as I hurt my knee and can't hike or swim.5 -

my garmin tracked my walking speed as 4.0 instead of the usual 3.5 mph!! I git my over 10000 steph goal 5 days in a row without knee pain!. usually I have to back down after two days and on day four …22 -

I used to have to struggle and push myself to get 7k steps in now on a non exercise day I get 10k without trying.....naturally more active7
