Try to eat at maintenance. The weight WILL melt off you because the breastfeeding is your caloric deficit.3 -

Trust the Myfitnesspal process. Do as @SusanMFindlay suggests. Be very honest and track accurately. I'm 13 weeks post-partum and already 900g lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight.1 -

So much *facepalm* in this thread. Any movement burns calories. Not only intentional *exercise*. Not to mention activity that leaves one hot and sweaty. That is the mistake so many people on MFP make…5 -

PCOS does not cause weight gain; ci > co causes weight gain. Maintain a decent caloric deficit and you WILL lose weight.4
