Arguably the most comprehensive book on the LCHF lifestyle ever written. Lots of "science" but presented in a "understandable" way - a "must read". - "Good Calories, Bad Calories" - Gary Taubes
This is similar in content to Why We Get Fat, but much more detailed. This is a harder read, but may be worth it for many people. - The Real Meal Revolution by Tim Noakes
