*gasp* Coolest threadstarter ever!! B) I can't run atm, but I ain't even mad. lol. :#
Yes, I, for one, like the day-of-the-week in the thread title. No idea why I never thought of that, because I'm another one who goes more by day of the week than by date (esp re workouts duh). Thanks! <3

I'm pretty sure MFP will be continuing with changes based on feedback. In the feedback thread, everything I didn't like was already addressed by others multiple times. The access to groups and seeing most recent thread within groups was a BIG feedback issue with lots of members. I'm hoping they'll get right on that right away. Until then, I'm glad everyone is finding their way in.

Today, I still can't breathe out of my nose most of the time, and nasty cough still. sigh. I know I need to at least bust out a few squats and sit-ups at home, but just feel like crap. Regardless, DH has lots of work at home after the office this afternoon, so I'll probably end up taking son to tutor. We've skipped most of this week and I've had to help him with his homework which is a total disaster (yesterday was Greek homework and religion--needless to say it took a Greek-English dictionary, grammar book, industrial strength pencil eraser, and several hours ;) ). If I do the tutor drop today, I'll walk a bit at the park. Ankles still feeling good. :)

    TGIF FOLKS!!!! Woo!

Dropped son off, went to park, walked til calf started feeling tight. Stretched, did first "gazelle" type machine (idk what it's called) and then ankle exercises back and forth for 3 sets. Did some of the other machines of the park equipment. More stretching.

I got in a 20 minute bike ride to warm up this morning, then had a core/legs workout with my trainer. Am going to force myself to go swimming after work. Right now I'm not even a little bit in the mood but once I get in the pool I know I'll enjoy myself. Just feeling lazy right now. I didn't go last Friday because I had just started antibiotics for my sinus infection and didn't think the chlorine was a great idea, and I won't make it next Friday because I have the day off from work (the pool is in the city where I work, not where I live), so I need to go today.

We were out of town doing errands all day and watching The Judge so day off. Great movie by the way best I have seen in awhile.

Didn't check in this morning. Slept in, so did not get that awesome run in today...but that's okay. My body needed the sleep and I felt good when I woke up. I still got my lower body lifting in this evening so I didn't miss a workout there. :). Also, didn't eat the greatest today...but stayed in my calorie count and managed to avoid the cookies and candy.

Tomorrow is the middle child's birthday party. Should be a lot of fun! I do plan on indulging in a small piece of cake. But since I've been MAJORLY under my calorie count this week, I'm feeling okay with having a few splurges. In other news, I had my follow-up appointment yesterday and she went ahead and scheduled me for a hysterectomy. I'm now back to bleeding 2 out of every 4 weeks in spite of the ablation and it's hindering my ability to function in life. So come November 24 I will finally have it taken care of permanently. It's a longish recovery so I won't be able to workout obviously, but I still plan to check in with you lovely folks every morning just like usual. Mainly to hold me accountable on my eating. I find I eat well when I'm exercising but when I'm sedentary I eat crap...and lots of it.

    Have a great weekend everyone!
