What's the World doing at 5am?

There's a lovely 'peace' out on the roads at 5am on a Sunday morning! Yes, some would call it madness, but at least I'm fit and mad, well at least trying to be! What do you do that the 'general' would consider out of the norm?

    I don't know! I have never gone out at 5am, but just before 6am before I went on a long walk with my dog and it was really nice. I just started doing jumping jacks and jumping rope, how is that?
