Are you still doing the pound a week club or in my case half a pound a week?
If so, between the BP pill and greed I put on a good deal over Christmas, so I’m back here walking daily but taking it slowly. So far I haven’t broken my NY resolutions, lol.

Morning, well much to my surprise I lost 1 lb.
That’s 1.5 lbs in 10 days since the start. Anne.0 -
After succumbing to noodles in my stir fry last night (blame the depressing weather!) I still managed to lose 1.5 lbs
Still a long way to go!

Hi Sandy and Jackie, I had a bit of a fright last night, I had a Babe episode . Dizzy and a disoriented. Think I’ve been overdoing the walking and dieting. So going on a maintenance diet instead. I’ll keep posting here though if it’s okay with you both although it will be hopefully “no change”, except probably in pant size, lol.

Anne, I’m not dieting but instead eating healthily so avoiding high calorie/carbohydrate food (apart from last night with the pasta!). Hopefully you will find a maintenance regime will help. Meanwhile, please be careful and tell your GP if it happens again. ❤️
I lost .5 lbs and it probably would have been more without last night’s meal!

Sorry to hear you had an episode Anne. Make sure you drink lots of water when dizzy. Your blood pressure must have dropped and pumping ankles and water helps bring it back up along with deep breathing.
I am not “dieting” but not exercising enough.

I haven’t reported since 28th January but think I’ve lost :
2.5 lbs in the last 5 weeks at half a pound a week.
