Strength Training Workouts

Anyone have some good strength training workouts that they do in the offseason/during season? I've had some good luck with a plan I'm on now (arms, chest/back, legs 3 times a week), but I'm already starting to feel like I need a little variety.

Best stuff out there is from Jay DiCharry out of Bend, OR, or Ben Greenfield. For me the off season is for lifting heavy. S/B/R is high rep/low weight work unto itself so to balance it out I go 5/3/1, 5x5, etc.

I also do 5/3/1 during the off-season and find it a very good compliment based on my goals. Variety will be hard, though, as consistency is such a huge part of progress. I guess you could change up your accessory lifts for variety, but keep your core lifts consistent.

Two thumbs up on the Jay DiCharry recommendation. I'm also using these exercises with my cross country team. "Be Iron Fit" is also good. Much of my training uses rocker boards or yoga balls for instability. They bring a whole new level of difficulty to fairly simple exercises.
