Cant do full push ups..

Hi.. Am doing yayog beginner course for past one month.. Three days a week... Finished week 2 yesterday.. But i still cant do full push up.. What to do.. Whether to go to week 3 or repeat week 2 again.

    You could try doing a week of using the exercise below a full push up (like a cut-back week). This will help you make sure you're at the level you should be at, give a little bit of recovery. Then maybe the week after, try push ups again and see how it goes :) Otherwise, you keep repeating it, right?

    You could look up some other intermediate forms. Knee pushups don't work for me with a previous knee injury. I'm doing box pushups right now and that's the right level for me. Or you could do half a pushup: get in position and lower yourself *slowly* to the ground.
