- disappointed in my numbers this week.... started off strong and then stress got the best of me, however I am proud that in the last few minutes I put in my last strength workout.... couldn't let the team down!

Character Challenge: No - but let me explain... today was the first time I looked at it and I was not aware we needed a pumpkin (which I do not have and there was no time to get). The video said we could substitute for a medicine ball which I also do not have. I tried to just do it with hand weights but it was awkward so I opted out and did one of my videos instead. I did 28 mins (to match the time of the Daryl video) of "The Roller Derby Workout" video - I did the warmup, core and legs portion. The video is geared towards the muscles needed for Roller Derby but even though I am retired from the sport it is still a great workout for everyone and I recommend it to anyone looking for something new to try!
