Today I wanted to share with you my results from Beachbody's 3 day refresh program. I decided to try it to help kick start my weight loss. I am really trying to focus on eating cleaner and I thought this might be a good start.

It's a low calorie program - only around 900 calories a day but I never felt hungry. I did struggle with having enough energy. Today I'm looking forward to eating a few more calories during the day.

Overall I lost 4 1/2 pounds. It was pretty easy other than having to cook dinner and not eat it. That was hard but it was only 3 days. I think it was a great way to get moving in the right direction. Now I'm going to use Beachbody's 21 day fix eating program to keep my weight moving downward.

How is everyone else doing with their programs?
