I was just coming here to post the same thing! I'm almost done with Stage 1 and have definitely begun to see and feel some results, but I don't really feel like I'm losing any fat at this point. I know it's very early in the program and I plan to stick with it until the end. It would be fabulous to see a success story from someone like me that had great results.0

Not a huge transformation, but I was pleased. I went through periods where I wasn't logging as accurately as I should have and was actually eating at maintenance or I would have lost more.
The entire story is here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/909982-finished-nrol4w-my-results?hl=Finished+NROL4W
Before:
Wt: 186lbs
Waist: 35"
Hips: 44"
Thigh:27"
After:
Wt:172lbs
Waist:31.5"
Hips:41.5"
Thigh: 25"0 -

Here's my "before-and-after", although:
1. I am still a work-in-progress and think I have about 8-more-months of work to do to be at "maintenance"; and
2. I completed NROL4W in 6 months and have done other programs since that time.
