So what are your plans for this weekend???? Any bike rides??? Hiking trips?? Costumes to get ready for the 'big' day????

Miine has been peaceful. Got some walking in but nothing spectacular! Sunday plans are about the same. Ho- Hum! Weather still heading for about 100 F today....but that is better than it was 3 weeks ago!! The supermarket I went to yesterday had some miniture pumpkins displayed...sort of getting us in the 'mood' ! One big pumpkin was carved...but the pumpkin was what they would grow in Asia....not the typical ones in the USA. But they gave it their best shot and it had a scary face on it!! Hope you are having a great weekend!! Oh, and I am going to try the exercise challange for this week if that is OK, it was a bit late last week for me to cram them all in...in a couple of days.

A quiet weekend here. I have a ride planned for sunday with a family member, just a nice out and back along some foot hills and streams. Then back home and off to a clients house. So thats about it, nothing special but enjoyable.

It was a nice weekend. On Saturday one of my friends threw a Halloween party/marshmallow roast type deal. It was a lot of fun and helping his set up turned out to be quite a workout. He decided that he wanted to buy hay bales for people to sit on and I got the great task of carrying them to their destination.
