Each week the highest calorie burner will choose the calories we need to burn for the following week along w/an added challenge i.e. planks, sit-ups, miles, etc. it’s winners choice.

* Winners once announced please let us know the goal for the week ASAP. If you don't let us know right away you may lose your opportunity to choose the goals*

    Congrats! fr610. I won't be winning this one either. Last one About put me into major binge Mode. I will be doing 3500 + Calorie burn I'll cut back on the rest.

    YES!!!! WTG fr610!! Before I even read this I was thinking, ummm maybe now I will drop dairy!!! Come on ya all! This IS suppose to be a CHALLENGE! TRY it and then TRY it AGAIN! If I can do this when I COOK in a school everyday & go into the city (which I don't get to do very often) where great menues are irrisistable YOU can too! It's only ONE week of your life!!

    ********I made a thread for week 7! :):) Good luck everyone, I probably will do the Bread, sugar for just one day! I need the carbs though but maybe Saturday I will try all 3! Let's have fun with this challenge even if you just do parts! BURN, BURN, BURN!********

    Last week also put me in binge mode. I will do better. I promise. Now that thanksgiving is done i will be like a cleanse to give up flour, sugar & dairy (aaacccckkkk!)
