Hello all! My name is Amy from San Diego. I just started the C25K today, though been thinking about it for quite sometime.

I have been trying desperately to get back into shape for some time now and lose a bunch of LBs. I tried the 30 day shred but downgraded to Beginner Shred. My problem is that I can only do that at night and far too often I am too dang tired when I get home.

I do have the option, most of the time of walking during lunch so now I am going to try to upgrade that to running. I did day 1 today and am already sore. It was hard but I did it!

Way to go. Find a comfortable pace and stick to it. Gradual results will occur and injury will be avoided if you don't try to do too much too fast. That's the good thing about following a program like c25k. You're off to a great start.
